Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities (architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers, hardware distributors) for Vellix India's product line (hinges, slides, lift-up systems, kitchen accessories).
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients/distributors, ensuring repeat business & increasing share of wallet.
- Prepare and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports (using Excel).
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure post-sales follow-up.
- Manage all communications via email and other channels, ensuring professionalism and timely responses.
- Coordinate internally with production, logistics, marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bring creative solutions to client problems e.g., customise offerings, provide value-add advice, suggest product optimisation.
Key Skills & Attributes- 2-3+ years of proven business development or sales experience (B2B preferably, in hardware / interior fittings / furniture / architecture or related field).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for sales tracking, data analysis, reporting).
- Strong written & verbal communication skills (emailing, proposals, follow-ups).
- Self-motivated, proactive in identifying and solving issues; comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders (designers, manufacturers, site teams).
- Should be based in or willing to commute to Jaipur / Mansarovar area.
EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred.
