We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will act as the bridge between companies needing talent and our internal recruitment teams, ensuring a seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition: Negotiate and close Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and fee agreements with new clients.
- Strategic Account Mapping: Identify key stakeholders (CHROs, VPs of Engineering, Procurement Leads) within target organizations to understand their hiring pain points.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on U.S. labor market trends, remote work regulations, and competitor pricing to position our agency as a strategic partner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Recruitment Operations team to ensure job orders are qualified and that candidate quality meets client expectations.
- CRM Management: Maintain 100% data integrity within Salesforce/Bullhorn, tracking all interactions, deal stages, and sales forecasts.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the U.S. Staffing/Recruitment industry (Contract, Perm, or RPO).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding $1M+ in annual sales or gross profit targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver compelling pitches via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or in-person.
