Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in the staffing and talent solutions industry to drive new business across the US and Latin America markets. The role focuses on client acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, strong enterprise relationships, and experience closing high-value staffing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for IT and professional staffing services across the US and Latin America markets
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, MSPs, VMS programs, and hiring managers
- Identify and pursue opportunities for staff augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based engagements
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting on business development activities
- Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in staffing, talent solutions, or workforce services sales
- Strong network with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS programs in the US market
- Experience selling IT staffing, engineering staffing, or professional services staffing
- Proven ability to close new accounts and expand existing client relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including recruitment and delivery
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with revenue ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Latin America staffing or nearshore delivery models
- Understanding of workforce compliance and staffing regulations across the US and LATAM
- Experience working with major MSP/VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar systems
