Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Hyderabad (Mostly Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the US Staffing industry to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment market, staffing sales cycle, MSP/VMS models, and IT/non-IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for US staffing and recruitment services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose staffing solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Handle MSP/VMS accounts and coordinate with vendor management systems.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular business reports and forecasts.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Stay updated on US staffing market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in US Staffing business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and staffing models.
  • Experience with IT staffing, C2C, W2, 1099, and direct hire models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing client network in the US staffing industry.
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, etc.
  • Team handling and account management experience.

Compensation
