About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level sales professional with experience in selling recruitment solutions to the US market, specifically direct/permanent hiring services. The role involves acquiring new clients, building relationships with US-based companies, and driving revenue through recruitment consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US market for permanent recruitment services.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and talent acquisition teams in US companies.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong market intelligence on hiring trends and client needs.
Requirements
- 37 years of experience in selling recruitment / staffing services to the US market.
- Strong experience in permanent/direct hiring sales (not bench sales).
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech (Preferred: Electronics, EEE, EXTC, or related engineering background).
