Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mohali/ Noida

Shift: Night Shift (US/International Market)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE/BDM to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, specifically in staff augmentation / IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels including Upwork, LinkedIn, bidding portals, and cold outreach.
• Develop business opportunities in staff augmentation / staffing services for IT and non-IT roles.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Explore new markets and create strategies to expand business reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–7 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in IT staffing/staff augmentation).
• Hands-on experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a night shift (US timings).
• Target-driven with a proactive approach.

Good to Have:

• Experience in international client handling.
• Understanding of recruitment/staffing lifecycle.
