We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in the US market.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities in the US market.
• Prospect enterprise clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
• Work directly with the Founder to close strategic opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident in outbound sales and client acquisition.
• Comfortable working US shifts.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build an international sales career.
