Experience Required - Should have experience in selling IT Services, targeting the US market and end-to-end sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss business opportunities.
- Promote IT services in the US market to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction while attracting new clients.
Sales & Market Development:
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
- Find and develop new markets to improve sales performance.
- Develop sales strategies and execute them to meet or exceed business growth targets.
- Build and manage sales funnels, business development, and marketing strategies for new accounts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Set goals for the development team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
- Train inside sales representatives and provide guidance to help team members improve their skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth project processes, addressing any issues as they arise.
- Provide updates and reports on sales progress, managing both senior management and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales and lead generation (Cold calling).
- Strong communication skills with fluency in IT and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-disciplined, target-focused, and able to work effectively within a team matrix environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in English with excellent business communication skills.
