About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record of generating new business opportunities, acquiring projects, and developing long-term client relationships across technology services, digital transformation, and emerging AI domains.
This role will act as a bridge between offshore delivery capabilities and onshore business opportunities, helping position the company as a trusted technology partner in the evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development activities focused on the U.S. market.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new client opportunities across AI, Data, Cloud, Software Development, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, partners, and strategic accounts.
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with emerging technology trends and client demands.
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into solution-oriented proposals.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, technical architects, and leadership teams.
- Represent both onshore and offshore business capabilities during client discussions and negotiations.
- Lead proposal creation, solution positioning, estimations, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
- Generate AI-led business opportunities and identify areas where AI can create measurable business value for clients.
- Stay updated on U.S. market trends, competitor landscape, AI adoption patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Attend virtual and physical networking events, partner engagements, and business forums where applicable.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and business reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management within IT Services or Technology Consulting.
- Demonstrated success in generating business from the U.S. market.
- Experience handling onshore–offshore engagement models.
- Strong understanding of:
- Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI trends
- Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS preferred)
