Position: Business Development Manager (US Staffing) / Inside Sales (Staffing)
Location: Hyderabad / Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office (Day 1 Onsite)
Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Experience Required:5+ Years
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in US IT Staffing business development
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 Vendors, MSP/VMS clients, System Integrators, and Direct Clients
• Ability to generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
• Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and staffing solution sales
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in US shift timings
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients and expand business opportunities in the US Staffing market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors and Direct Clients
• Understand client requirements and provide staffing solutions
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for delivery and closures
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives
