US IT Staffing Business Development with proven ability to open new US Client accounts and generate IT requirements + revenue.
Must have direct experience working with US hiring managers / TA / HR / IT leaders and converting relationships into staffing business.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new US Client / IT staffing accounts
- Build direct client relationships/SI (System Integration)/MSP (Manages Services Providers)/ IP's (Implementation Partners) (HM / TA / HR / IT)
- Generate and convert IT requirements
- Drive contract staffing / staff augmentation deals
- Coordinate with recruiting team for candidate delivery
- Negotiate rates, MSAs, commercials
- Own revenue, margin, and account growth
Must Have
- 8–15 yrs US IT Staffing / BD experience
- Proven new US Client acquisition
- Track record of generating direct IT requirements
- Strong US client relationships (HM / TA / IT leaders)
- Experience in contract staffing / staff augmentation
- End-to-end execution: account → requirement → placement → revenue
- Experience in rate negotiation + MSAs
