Required Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in US IT staffing / recruitment business development.
2. Proven book of business or strong existing relationships with US clients.
3. Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Solid understanding of IT roles
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work US time zones
7. Experience selling contract, C2C, W2, and full-time staffing services
8. Strong networking abilities (LinkedIn, referrals, conferences, cold outreach).
9. Strategic thinker with consultative selling approach.
10. Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative.
