Role Description:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.
Job Location - Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai
Work Model - Work from Office Mon-Fri. Saturdays and Sundays are off
Shift timings - US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
Your Role:
- Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads, focused on US market
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: Account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations
- Identify customers business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a long term strategic partnership
- Determine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business growth
- Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research
- Serve as the key client contact on multiple account
- Address complicated customer queries around our product offering

- Should have very high motivation and be a self-starter
- Have 4-5+ years of experience working in sales
- A strong relationship building skill with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory
- Must be comfortable with an Individual-contributor role
- Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports is a plus
