Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Hunter Role) with strong exposure to US and Domestic IT Staffing to actively hunt, acquire, and onboard new clients, manage key accounts, and grow staffing revenue across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and onboard new clients for US & Domestic IT staffing through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and online platforms
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand the company's client base from scratch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, State Government clients, MSPs, VMS platforms, and Domestic corporate clients
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in IT staffing and consulting
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, billing rates, and profit margins
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity in US and Indian staffing markets
- Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and business growth projections with management
Additional Exposure (Good to Have):
- Talent acquisition for W2, C2C, 1099 (US) and Permanent/Contract (Domestic) hiring
- Job posting on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- VMS handling, ATS/database management, and compliance documentation
- Offer negotiation and coordination with internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven success in hunter-based business development within US and/or Domestic IT Staffing
- Demonstrated ability to bring new clients and generate revenue
- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS models, Domestic corporate hiring, and staffing margins
