Work days: Mon to Fri
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Acquisition
Identify and onboard new Channel Partners through outbound outreach, industry research, and networking.
Target partner segments such as:
- Revenue-based financing platforms
- Factoring / ABL brokers
- Lending marketplaces and fintech platforms
- Trade finance intermediaries
- CPAs/Fractional CFOs/Accounting companies
- Logistic and Freight Forwarders
2. Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Onboard new channel partners and help them understand Company's credit parameters and financing solutions.
- Work with partners to convert introductions into qualified deal submissions.
3. SDR Collaboration
- Work closely with SDRs who support outbound prospecting and meeting generation.
- Guide SDR outreach priorities and convert scheduled meetings into active channel partnerships.
4. Pipeline Ownership
- Build and manage a pipeline of partners capable of generating consistent deal flow.
- Track partner engagement and focus on converting first-time partners into repeat submitters.
Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or financial services sales.
2. Experience in outbound prospecting and partner acquisition.
3. Background in one or more of the following preferred:
- fintech or lending platforms
- trade finance / supply chain finance
- financial services partnerships
- broker ecosystems or channel sales
4. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Comfortable working with US-based partners and businesses.
Good to Have
- Experience working with US markets or international clients.
- Prior exposure to broker or fintech lending ecosystems.
- Degree from top-tier institutions or candidates with education/work experience in the US are a plus.
