Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team specializing in lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewelry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamonds and jewelry, providing expert advice and information on product features and benefits.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

• Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and Jewelry is an asset.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Should be willing to work the night shift.

• Experience in Diamond industry is must.
