- Engage with clients through proactive and professional communication, converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Monitor Upwork marketplace dynamics, trends, competitor strategies, and adjust business development tactics accordingly.
- Provide detailed performance analytics, tracking success rates, deal size, conversion rates, and revenue growth from the Upwork channel.
