Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site at our Gurugram location. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, developing client proposals, and presenting tailored property solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on market trends, and work toward achieving sales targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales expertise, including lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop tailored client solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Preferred: Familiarity with the real estate or proptech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
