Job Overview:
UniHawk is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and brand expansion across B2B, B2G, and B2C segments. The role involves extensive travel across India to build strong partnerships with schools, universities, and government entities while also converting individual student leads for UniHawk's premium counseling, tutoring, and learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with schools, universities, and government bodies to promote UniHawk's services.
- Drive B2C sales by generating leads and enrolling students in admissions, medical counseling, and tutoring programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions and presentations to support student conversions.
- Build collaborations with institutions to launch upskilling, test-prep, and career-focused initiatives.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to market expansion and brand visibility.
- Manage outreach campaigns, education fairs, and partnership events across regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (education sector preferred).
- Strong institutional network across schools, universities, or government education departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness for extensive travel across India.
- Target-driven with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
