Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, and work on the preparation of proposals and bids. The role is responsible for conducting market research, formulating and implementing business strategies, tracking industry trends, and achieving business growth targets. In addition, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to align business initiatives with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with market research, strategy development, and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in proposal writing, client presentations, and sales communication
- Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain professional client relationships
- Experience in leading business development efforts in the infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
