Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our business by acquiring new healthcare clients in the U.S. market for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in U.S. healthcare provider sales, excellent prospecting skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by selling revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers in the U.S.
- Identify, target, and connect with potential clients and arrange meetings for the Sales Directors.
- Actively engage in cold outreach, identify potential prospects, generate leads, and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Research and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through market analysis and outreach.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate service offerings effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in business development/sales of services in the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to independently research, identify, and develop a prospective client database.
- Strong professional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and expand a high-quality prospect list.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in U.S. healthcare sales, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management, is mandatory.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes is an added advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) is preferred.
