Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRA) – Business Development Manager (BDM)1. Lead Generation & Calling Governance
  • Drive and monitor daily cold-calling activities of the BDA team.
  • Ensure BDAs achieve their assigned call, connection, and follow-up targets.
  • Maintain calling discipline and productivity across the team.
  • Coach BDAs on objection handling and lead qualification.
2. Demo Booking Management
  • Ensure qualified prospects are converted into product demo appointments.
  • Monitor demo booking ratios and improve appointment conversion rates.
  • Review lead quality and optimize the demo scheduling process.
3. Demo Confirmation & Show-Up Rate
  • Ensure all scheduled demos are properly confirmed with prospects.
  • Implement follow-up mechanisms to minimize demo cancellations and no-shows.
  • Maintain high demo attendance rates through effective coordination.
4. Product Demonstration Delivery
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Build trust and effectively communicate product value propositions.
5. Sales Closure & Revenue Achievement
  • Convert demo attendees into paying customers.
  • Handle objections, negotiate where applicable, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain healthy conversion rates from demo to enrollment.
6. Team Performance & Reporting
  • Track team KPIs including calls, demos booked, demos attended, and closures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with BDAs.
  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
  • Identify training needs and implement corrective action plans.
