Qualifications & Skills· Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
· Strong understanding of Market Research and Trends, along with Marketing and Promotional Campaign management skills.
· Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team effectively.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a goal-driven approach.
· Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities· Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and site visits
· Advise clients on property options based on their needs and budget
· Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and legal details
· Negotiate prices and close sales deals
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
· Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
· Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
