A. Charging Infrastructure Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer sites for EV charging feasibility and infrastructure readiness.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of charging stations.
- Liaise with charging solution providers, contractors, and customers.
- Act as the single point of contact for all charging-related customer support.
- Ensure timely resolution of charging infrastructure issues.
- Monitor charging station performance and customer satisfaction.
B. Key Account Sales – EV Truck Mixers
Target Customers:
- Bulk buyers
- Corporate houses
- Infrastructure and construction companies
- Fleet operators
- Ready-mix concrete (RMC) companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target segments.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
- Drive sales of Electric Truck Mixers to corporate and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Organize monthly promotional and marketing activities with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Undertake business tours across various cities for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Be available for extensive travel (approximately 10–14 days per month) based on business requirements.
- Manage customer onboarding and support activities.
- Coordinate all aftermarket and service support requirements for EV Truck Mixer customers.
C. Finance Partnerships & Loan Facilitation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with:
- NBFCs
- Public Sector Banks
- Private Sector Banks
- EV-focused financing institutions
- Facilitate financing solutions for customers purchasing Electric Truck Mixers.
- Work with financial partners to ensure:
- Faster loan approvals
- Competitive interest rates
- Flexible repayment structures
- Attractive financing schemes
- Support customers through the loan application and approval process.
- Continuously expand the financier network to improve market penetration.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Min Requirements
- MBA (Marketing ) preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 10–17 years of experience in:
- Commercial vehicle Experience in Sales, Spares or After Market
- EV sales/business development
- Key account management
- Experience working with corporate accounts, fleet operators, or infrastructure companies.
- Exposure to EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure, or sustainable mobility solutions is preferred.
- Experience in developing banking/NBFC financing partnerships will be an added advantage.
