Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid role is based in Pune, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Business Development Manager for Tiles and Surface Claddings, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include market research, developing and executing targeted sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions. You will also prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to expand market reach.
