Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, acquire, and grow strategic partnerships with content providers, event organizers, cinema chains, sports leagues, and leisure activity operators. You'll be instrumental in expanding our footprint, negotiating win-win deals, and launching new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across cinemas, events, sports, and leisure segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Pitch and close deals with event organizers, cinema operators, sports venues, and leisure activity brands.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, revenue shares, and promotional commitments.
  • Account Management:
  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize ticket sales and engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring operational excellence and smooth onboarding.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input to improve the platform's offerings and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with tech teams to ensure timely integrations and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—preferably in entertainment, ticketing, or media.
  • Strong network in the entertainment, sports, or event industries is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and deliver revenue growth.
  • Passion for entertainment, media, and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ticketing platforms, aggregators, or digital marketplaces.
  • Understanding of APIs, white-label integrations, and platform partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
