The Business Development
Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to new
business development, lead generation, account management,
and effective communication with clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients,
projects, and market trends in the civil engineering
industry.
Generate leads through networking, online research, and
other proactive methods.
Build and maintain relationships (with clients by
understanding their needs and effectively communicating
the value of our services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client
expectations align with project capabilities.
Assist in the preparation of compelling proposals,
presentations, tenders and project estimates.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary
information for proposal development.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new
business opportunities.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and
new service offerings.
Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to
represent the company and build a professional network.
Desired profile of the
candidate
10 to 12 years of experience from Civil Construction / PMC /
Construction Chemicals industry. Repairs & Rehabilitation shall be
preferred.
Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E)
