Position: Business Development Manager
Department: Agency Channel
Experience: Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field
CTC: 3.15 LPA + Variable Pay + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and building a high-performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms
Candidate Preference:
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to convince and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
- Willing to travel in the designated region/city
- Local Language preferred
