Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing growth strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Primary responsibilities include creating sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets aligned with company objectives.

• Proven experience in business development, account management, and sales strategy
• Strong skills in market analysis, lead generation, and client acquisition
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to set and achieve growth targets while managing competing priorities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software for business development
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a team or independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
