Job Description

Role:-Business Development Manager (Leadership)

Experience: 10+ years

Must: Client-facing experience

Travel: Open to daily client visits, meetings, and conferences.

Industry Exposure: EdTech / Staffing / BFSI / IT

Location: Hyderabad,Bangalore,Chennai,Gurgaon and Delhi

Job Description:-

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for BFSI and IT clients for winning new clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of BFSI firms, IT companies, and GCCs and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Manage end-to-end sales including cold calls, Follow up calls, meetings with stakeholders, proposals, pricing, coordination of agreements and task orders and signing of contracts.
  • Drive RPO deals, and HTD programs to grow revenues.
  • Manage CXO and senior stakeholder relationships across BFSI and IT.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Working against targets for revenue and profitability and reporting

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in business development for staffing/talent solutions.
  • Proven success in BFSI/IT staffing sales, closing large contracts.
  • Strong network with CXOs and decision-makers.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
