Job Description:-
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for BFSI and IT clients for winning new clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of BFSI firms, IT companies, and GCCs and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Manage end-to-end sales including cold calls, Follow up calls, meetings with stakeholders, proposals, pricing, coordination of agreements and task orders and signing of contracts.
- Drive RPO deals, and HTD programs to grow revenues.
- Manage CXO and senior stakeholder relationships across BFSI and IT.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
- Working against targets for revenue and profitability and reporting
Requirements:
- 10+ years in business development for staffing/talent solutions.
- Proven success in BFSI/IT staffing sales, closing large contracts.
- Strong network with CXOs and decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
