Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and expand business opportunities for Techdock Labs. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the company's digital services, including web development, mobile application development, software solutions, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and converting high-value leads into long-term business collaborations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for web development, mobile application development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Generate and manage high-quality leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and service presentations to explain company offerings.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project plans to prospective clients.
- Manage leads and projects from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of client requirements.
- Manage and optimize lead pipelines and sales processes.
- Use platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other business development channels to generate opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Business Administration, Marketing, BCA, or a related field.
- Candidates with B.Tech, IT-related degrees, or relevant business development experience in the IT industry are also encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in the IT services or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of software development, web development, mobile application development, and digital marketing services.
- Experience using lead generation platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other business networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
