Tech Exactly is looking for a Business Development Manager (IT Services) who can own qualified inbound leads and convert them into long-term customers through consultative, solution-led selling.
This role is perfect for professionals experienced in B2B IT services sales, who enjoy engaging with startup founders and SMB decision-makers across global markets.
What You'll Do:
Engage Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via calls, emails, LinkedIn & WhatsApp.
Nurture inbound leads and convert them into Zoom / Google Meet discovery calls.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and recommend suitable tech solutions.
Convert attended meetings into paying customers through structured follow-ups.
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and next-step alignment confidently.
Execute consistent, multi-channel follow-ups (without sounding pushy).
Write clear and persuasive follow-up emails that drive responses.
Maintain accurate CRM records (lead status, notes, deal stages, follow-ups).
Track objections, timelines, and conversion metrics.
Follow defined sales processes and suggest improvements when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Sales Experience:
4+ years of B2B services sales experience (IT services preferred)
Strong discovery & consultative selling skills
Comfortable selling to startup founders, CTOs, and business owners
Proven track record of closing deals with SMBs & early-stage companies
Technical Understanding (Conceptual):
You should be comfortable discussing:
Mobile App Development
Web App Development
DevOps Solutions
(No coding required)
Market Exposure:
Experience selling to clients in USA, UK, and/or Australia
Comfortable with remote sales, time-zone coordination, and global clients
