Position: Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Location: Remote (EST Shift)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Role Type: Individual Contributor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to focus exclusively on new client acquisition within the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively identify and pursue new client opportunities across the US market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new logos within the IT and Non-IT staffing space.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers to pitch Talent Bridge's staffing solutions.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the US Staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to work in the EST shift and manage end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle.
