Location: Chennai | Experience: 3+ Years | CTC: 812 LPA Plus Performance Incentives.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and nurture strong partnerships with colleges, placement cells, and student communities

Educate and guide students on career opportunities and onboard them into our On-the-Job Training Programs

Drive monthly enrollments minimum 10 high-quality, growth-driven students

Conduct campus outreach, webinars, seminars, and career sessions

Create and manage a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and partnerships

Own the complete journey: outreach engagement conversion onboarding

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / EdTech / Training / Campus Hiring

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Passion for working with students and shaping careers

Self-driven, independent, and highly result-oriented mindset

Ability to consistently meet and exceed onboarding targets
