Job Profile: Business Development Manager

Responsible for driving business growth in geotechnical and slope stabilization solutions (soil nailing, rock bolting, shotcrete, retaining systems, anchors, and erosion control). The role involves identifying project opportunities (highways, infrastructure, mining, real estate), building relationships with consultants, contractors, and government agencies, and securing tenders/contracts.

Key responsibilities include tender analysis, cost estimation coordination, client meetings, technical proposal alignment with design teams, and negotiation/closure of projects. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of slope protection methodologies, market dynamics, and execution practices, along with proven skills in sales strategy, networking, and revenue generation within the civil/infrastructure sector.
