Designation: Specification Lead

Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving business development in given area. Product specification and aggressively reach out to End customers.

1. Discuss & provide innovative solutions to influencers needs.
2. Promote the company's range of products & solutions, emphasizing their unique features and benefits to potential influencers.
3. Collaborate with architects and interior designers during the design stage & influence the specifications with your unique techno aesthetic skills.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, Interior Designers and other key stakeholders.
5. Immaculate customer service by addressing any inquiries and concerns.
6. Stay up to date with the latest Architectural and design trends/practices.
7. Consult & work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure high efficiency and collaboration

Desired Skill Set

1. Qualification- Graduate/MBA with 6 - 8 years of experience.
2. Familiar with similar product / Industry.
3. Keen understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
4. Analytical ability to catch trends for future decision making.
5. Team player with excellent leadership skills.
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills
7. Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers
