Role Description

We are seeking an energetic and well-spoken Business Development Manager who has a passion for design and enjoys connecting with architects, designers, and high-end clients. You will drive Marketing and Business Development activities by building relationships, showcasing our unique offerings, and converting design conversations into business.

This is a full-time, located at our Office near Sultanpur Metro Station, New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating business strategies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will track industry trends to understand the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, and PMC builders to present our product capabilities
  • Understand client needs and pitch custom design and fabrication solutions accordingly.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a healthy client pipeline.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to convert client requirements into prototypes and sales.
  • Maintain records of leads, prospects, and conversion in CRM/trackers.
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is mandatory
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or consultative sales (Architect/interior Design fraternity).
  • Strong relationship-building, client management skills, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in design, architecture, or creative fabrication is mandatory
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the Stone, Marble, Building material industry is mandatory
