Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify potential clients for staffing, recruitment, and contract hiring solutions across sectors (IT, non-IT, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue and client acquisition targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, and business leaders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability demonstrations
  • Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored workforce solutions

Proposal & Contract Management

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to finalize MSAs, SLAs, and contract terms
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and project kick-off

Coordination with Delivery Team

  • Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers to ensure quality delivery
  • Align client expectations with sourcing capabilities and ensure timely closures
  • Participate in client reviews and feedback sessions

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or PGDM in Sales/HR is preferred

Experience:

  • 510 years of proven experience in business development in staffing, recruitment, or HR services
  • Strong understanding of temp/contract staffing, RPO, and permanent hiring solutions
  • Experience working with large corporate clients, PSUs, or government entities is a plus

Key Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of staffing models, compliance, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive attitude
