Job Title: Business Development Manager – Staffing & IT Consulting

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3–5 years of experience in Staffing and IT Consulting (non-US markets). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, onboarding new clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. Prior experience in bench sales and client acquisition is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Staffing and IT Consulting across domestic and international markets (excluding US Staffing).

- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to align client needs with available resources.

- Drive bench sales by marketing available consultants to potential clients and vendors.

- Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and service offerings tailored to client requirements.

- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates to leadership.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Work closely with offshore teams to support staffing needs, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

- Leverage understanding of low-code platforms, data technologies, generative AI, machine learning, and other niche tech areas to identify and pitch relevant solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within Staffing and IT Consulting (excluding US Staffing).

* Strong understanding of bench sales and consultant marketing strategies.

- Experience with low-code platforms, data analytics, generative AI, machine learning, and emerging niche technologies.

- Experience in offshore staffing models and coordination.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
