Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
* End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
* Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
* Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
* Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week. Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
* Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
* MS office
* Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
* Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
* A graduate from any discipline is preferred
* 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
* Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
CTC 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
5 Day work week
Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
