About the job

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the sales and adoption of our SprintNXTteam. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to the revenue growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional to be part of a fast-growing fintech company and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for NXT services across targeted sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, clients, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase SprintNXT's value proposition.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and market dynamics to identify growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, product, onboarding and Customer Care to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide market feedback to enhance product features and customer success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 25 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in fintech, BFSI or SaaS.
  • Experience with selling B2B platforms, API-driven solutions or financial services products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment infrastructure, banking workflows and escrow mechanisms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
