Job Overview

SolutionBowl is looking for a result-driven Sales & Business Development Manager with strong expertise in IT services sales, bidding platforms, and direct client acquisition.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling platform sales and direct sales simultaneously, writing high-quality proposals, initiating first client calls and discovery calls, and driving revenue through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Bidding & Platform Sales

  • Actively manage and bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces.
  • Create custom, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Shortlist relevant projects and initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Convert platform leads into discovery calls

Direct Sales & Lead Generation

Generate business through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other channels

Identify decision-makers and initiate professional outreach

Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline

Handle inbound and outbound leads

Client Calls & Discovery

Initiate and manage first calls and discovery calls with clients

Understand client requirements and present SolutionBowl's services clearly

Coordinate with internal technical teams when needed

Support negotiation and deal closure

Sales Ownership

Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead proposal call closure)

Handle both platform-based sales and direct sales

Maintain basic sales reports and follow-ups

Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly targets

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT services sales / software services sales

Strong hands-on experience with bidding platforms

Excellent proposal writing and communication skills

Confidence in handling client calls and discovery discussions

Understanding of services like web development, mobile apps, custom software, ERP, SaaS, or digital solutions

Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach

Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
