You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding customer base, and achieving sales targets in the rooftop solar segment (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Job Description -
- Develop and implement effective rooftop solar sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site assessment coordination, proposal development, customer negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of installations.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales executives or channel partners as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Skills
- Technical understanding of rooftop solar system design and sizing.
- Existing network in the solar or real estate sector.
- Experience working with DISCOMs and knowledge of government subsidy schemes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
