Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our solar business in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar EPC projects and channel/distribution management, with proven capability in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities in solar EPC and distribution
  • Handle sales for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
  • Manage and grow distributors, dealers, and EPC partners in Kerala
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry
  • Experience in EPC projects and distribution sales
  • Good knowledge of solar PV systems and the Kerala market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel within Kerala
Preferred Skills
  • Strong local market network in Kerala
  • Experience with government and private tenders
  • Knowledge of state and central solar policies, net metering, and approvals
