Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Moradabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive company growth through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Additional duties may involve developing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and presenting growth reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in business development, market research, and lead generation
- Proficiency in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and partnership building
- Experience with strategic planning, sales strategy creation, and performance analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within financial services or related industries
