Role: Business Development Manager

Common Responsibilities: Must Have experience into Loans & in Banking Sector

Banking Sector Experience is Mandatory (Secured/unsecured funding's)ONLY APPLY

Experience in Life insurance/health insurance/BPO Insurance/Home loans/PL/ Car loans

Location-Hyderabad Preferred

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identifying client needs, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Sales & Marketing: Promoting and selling financial products or services, prospecting new clients, and meeting sales targets.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis: Forecasting, monitoring expenses, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to management.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to align sales with business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation: Managing paperwork related to sales transactions

Required Skills:

  • Sales & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and sales presentations.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand financial reports, and provide insights.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Must have experience & knowledge on loans like secured funding /unsecured fundings OD facilities BG Drafts CC/LC & other sort of financial loans

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance, preferably within a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with financial software.
