Job Description

Role: Sales Manager EdTech (Remote)

Company: SHYFT

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Timing: 10 AM 7 PM

Compensation: 40,000 55,000 + High Performance Incentives

SHYFT is building a new-age psychology-driven transformation ecosystem through courses, mentorship programs, psychometric assessments, and counselling.

We don't sell information. We sell identity transformation.

What You'll Do
  • Build and scale a high-performance sales team from scratch
  • Own a 20L/month revenue target
  • Design and optimise webinar call close funnels
  • Hire, train, and manage 10+ sales reps (closers/setters)
  • Create scripts, objection frameworks, and SOPs
  • Track daily metrics:
  • Show-up rates
  • Call conversions
  • Revenue per rep
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality + conversion
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in Ed-Tech sales
  • Proven experience managing 10+ member teams
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Webinar funnels
  • High-ticket closing (5K30K range)
  • Has built or scaled a team (not just managed one)
  • Data-driven + execution-focused (not theory-heavy)
What Will Disqualify You
  • Only team management without revenue ownership
  • No experience in webinar-based sales funnels
  • Cannot show actual numbers (targets vs achieved)
Compensation Structure
  • Fixed: 40K55K
  • Incentives:
  • % on team revenue
  • Milestone bonuses on hitting 20L+

3. Ideal Team Structure (What You Expect Them to Build)

Within 6090 days:

  • 2 Setters (lead qualification)
  • 68 Closers (revenue drivers)
  • 1 QA/Trainer (optional later)
4. Compensation Model (Optimised)

For Manager:

  • Base: 4055K
  • 25% override on total team revenue
  • Bonus slabs:
  • 15L 10K bonus
  • 20L 25K bonus
  • 25L+ 50K bonus

  • Survival + Hunger + Upside
