Business Development Manager

Shreeji Sales Agency is looking for a results-driven, field-oriented engineer to handle sales and business development of our complete instrumentation and electrical product range across Chhattisgarh.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales of instrumentation and electrical products across industrial customers
• Develop and manage relationships with plant teams, contractors, and system integrators
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on enquiries
• Prepare offers, negotiate orders, and close sales
• Support customers with basic technical understanding and coordination

What We're Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics
• 2–6 years of experience in industrial product sales
• Prior exposure to steel plants, power plants, or heavy industry preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and field-sales skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh
