What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive New Business: Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the Enterprise sector, converting conversations to contracts.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take complete accountability for the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to closing complex deals.
  • Thought Leadership: Become an authority in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions, sharing SHL's cutting-edge research to challenge and guide potential customers.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Develop strategic relationships with C-Suite executives, crafting and presenting bespoke solutions that address high-level business challenges.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal consulting and product teams to provide insight-led guidance, enabling clients to transform their talent practices.
  • Commercial Rigor: Manage your sales pipeline through the CRM, providing timely and accurate forecasting and management information.

What We Are Looking For

  • B2B Excellence: A proven track record of successful product or solution sales in the Enterprise sector (targeting organizations with 2,000+ FTE).
  • Executive Presence: Experience and confidence in navigating C-Suite negotiations and directing complex sales processes.
  • Strategic Rigor: High discipline regarding whitespace evaluation, stakeholder mapping, and pipeline management.
  • Industry Context: Experience in SaaS, Consulting, or Professional Services, ideally within the HR or Talent Assessment space.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Agility: Strong business acumen with the drive to succeed in environments of ambiguity.
