Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers, drive deposit growth, and build long-term customer relationships to support the banks business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Acquisition
- Acquire high-value CASA customers (HNI, SME, corporate clients)
- Focus on customers with higher balance potential
- Source leads through networking, referrals, and field activities
- Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of mapped customers
- Build long-term relationships to increase account balances
- Act as a single point of contact for banking needs
- Revenue Cross-Selling
- Cross-sell products like:
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Wealth products / Insurance
- Loans and credit cards
- Increase overall customer value
- Sales Targets
- Achieve CASA balance and acquisition targets
- Focus on quality accounts rather than just volume
- Customer Engagement
- Regular follow-ups with clients
- Provide personalized banking solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Compliance
- Follow KYC/AML guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation and regulatory adherence
Skills Required
- Strong networking relationship-building
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding of wealth / liability products
- Customer handling (especially premium clients)
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelors degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
- 15 years of experience in banking, sales, or financial services
AGE: below 30Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
- Travel allowances (for field work)
